NextHome The Real Estate Pros is a growing real estate brokerage in Manalapan, NJ, seeking a confident, personable and motivated Part-Time Real Estate Recruiter / Appointment Setter to assist with the growth of our brokerage. This is a phone-focused recruiting and business development position . Your primary responsibility will be to contact experienced real estate agents, introduce them to our brokerage, build rapport, follow up consistently and schedule qualified recruiting appointments with our Broker/Owner. We provide the targeted prospect lists, recruiting strategy, scripts, technology and training. You provide the personality, professionalism, consistency and ability to start great conversations. What You'll Do Make outbound recruiting calls to experienced real estate agents Introduce NextHome The Real Estate Pros in a professional and conversational manner Build relationships with prospective agents Ask thoughtful questions to determine interest and fit Consistently follow up with recruiting prospects Schedule qualified appointments with the Broker/Owner Maintain accurate notes and update prospect statuses Manage follow-up and nurture opportunities Track weekly recruiting activity and results What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Enjoys talking with people Is confident and comfortable making outbound calls Has a warm, professional telephone presence Is persistent without being pushy Is comfortable speaking with successful professionals Is organized and dependable Follows up consistently Is comfortable working with databases and technology Can handle rejection without becoming discouraged Knows how to ask for an appointment Can work independently while following an established system Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Recruiting Inside sales Appointment setting Real estate Mortgage Title Insurance Staffing Business development Telephone sales Real estate experience is helpful but not required. Strong communication skills and telephone confidence are more important. Schedule Approximately 10-15 hours per week . This is a true part-time position. The schedule will be structured around the most productive times to reach real estate professionals and may include several shorter calling blocks throughout the week. Compensation $20-$24 per hour , depending on experience.
