What You'll Do Prospect and identify new business opportunities Build relationships with hiring managers and company leaders Conduct outbound calls and business-development outreach Present recruiting and talent solutions to prospective clients Develop and manage your own client relationships Negotiate pricing, offers, salaries, and business terms Recruit and qualify candidates for client openings Manage opportunities from initial contact through placement Expand existing accounts and identify additional business Use market research and industry trends to uncover new opportunities What We're Looking For We want people who are: Competitive and goal-driven Comfortable making outbound calls Confident speaking with business professionals Motivated by commissions and performance incentives Persistent and able to handle rejection Strong negotiators and relationship builders Self-motivated and accountable Interested in sales, recruiting, or business development Looking for an opportunity to advance based on results Previous recruiting experience is not required .
