Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive the full cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent across various functions and levels. Your energetic approach to candidate sourcing, relationship management, and strategic talent acquisition will help us build a high-performing workforce aligned with our organizational goals. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for multiple departments. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing techniques, and talent management software tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on talent acquisition strategies. Conduct high-volume recruitment campaigns and technical recruiting efforts to fill roles efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Utilize HR legal compliance knowledge related to employment law, contracts, employee relations, and labor law to ensure all hiring practices adhere to legal standards. Lead campus recruitment initiatives and participate in career fairs to attract emerging talent from universities and training programs. Maintain accurate records within HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as PeopleSoft or UltiPro, ensuring data integrity for reporting and compliance purposes. Requirements Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, and high-volume recruitment environments. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively. Familiarity with talent management software including Lever, SAP SuccessFactors, or Salesforce for candidate tracking and relationship management. Knowledge of employment & labor law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards. Experience with technical recruiting for IT roles or specialized fields is highly desirable. Ability to utilize social media management tools for recruitment marketing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook. Demonstrated ability in research, lead generation, and candidate sourcing through cold calling or outreach strategies.
