Job Description

Located in Lynden, WA, this Human Resources position works collaboratively within the department to provide proactive recruitment strategies and ensure a pipeline of talent is available for vessel staffing needs in a timely manner. This position also facilitates timely and efficient vessel crew rotations, maintains all personnel paperwork using secure methods, and manages communication regarding crew injury reporting and status with insurance companies and vessel crew. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position and requires occasional on-call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-call daily pay is $110 per weekday and $165 per weekend day, in addition to hourly wages. A hybrid schedule is available after training. This position is fulltime and in an office setting, on-call is required. The range starts at $25/hr. or $52,000, DOE. This is an hourly position, with potential for overtime.
Vessel Rotations:
Coordinate closely with vessel captains for port arrival times, medical, and staffing needs Arrange flights, hotel, transportation, and meal needs for incoming and outgoing crew Communicate diligently with crew and staff while rotation in under way Recruiting Attract applicants to seek employment with company Track applicants and maintain appropriate records for employment Occasional travel for hiring events
Employment Skill Requirements:
