What you will be doing:

• Conduct employee orientation and onboarding processes
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Utilize CRM systems such as Avointe to track employee information
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
• Assist with succession planning and talent management initiatives
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in employment laws and regulations What you need to have:
• 1 to 2 years' experience in fast-paced environment of recruiting.
• Proven experience in a staffing or recruitment role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and candidates
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Avionte
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Sales experience is a plus
