Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant site selection or commercial real estate development. Strong skills in market analysis, site evaluation, and assessing basic construction and facility requirements. Familiarity with commercial renovations, construction permits, and new restaurant opening processes. Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility. Willingness to travel and conduct on-site project follow-ups. Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Existing relationships with commercial landlords, real estate brokers, or construction vendors are a plus. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete required payroll tax documentation.Compensation & Benefits:
