Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and providing exceptional care for pets in a kennel environment. Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily care and well-being of animals in the kennel
• Feed, water, and exercise animals according to schedules and specific instructions
• Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and animal areas
• Monitor animal behavior and health, reporting any concerns to the supervisor
• Provide basic grooming and bathing for animals as needed
• Assist with animal restraint during veterinary examinations or procedures Experience
• Prior experience in a kennel, veterinary clinic, or animal care setting is preferred
• Knowledge of animal handling techniques and behavior
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
• Customer service skills to interact with pet owners effectively
