The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dog Daycare Manager to lead our operations. This full-time leadership position is ideal for someone looking to elevate their career in staff management and animal care within a dynamic, reputable company. You will oversee daily activities, ensure superior care for our canine guests, and foster a positive work environment.

Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm; weekends with reduced hours.

Schedule:

Full-time. We do ask for some level of flexibility with scheduling. The manager will be expected to step in and help out evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

What You Bring:

Minimum of one year of management experience in a service or hospitality environment; animal care experience is a plus. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments physically and emotionally.
