Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and address any concerns. Handle animals with care and compassion, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process. Monitor pets for signs of health issues or behavioral changes during grooming sessions. Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and enhance the overall experience for clients. Requirements Proven experience in animal care or grooming is required; certification in pet grooming is a plus.
