Assist the General Manager with shift schedules, time-off requests, and coverage needs. Help coordinate staffing between both companies when needed.
Problem Solving:
Handle routine unexpected situations with calm, quick decision-making (yes, that includes the occasional mop emergency) and know when an issue needs to be escalated to the General Manager.

Share ideas and feedback with the General Manager and ownership and help implement approved improvements, events, services, and initiatives. We're Looking for
