Duties Feed, water, and monitor animals to ensure proper nutrition and hydration Handle animals safely using appropriate restraint techniques to prevent injury or stress Perform pet grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming to maintain hygiene and comfort Maintain detailed records of animal health, behavior, feeding schedules, and treatments Assist with kennel cleaning, sanitation, and organization to uphold hygiene standards (primary focus) Lift heavy supplies or equipment safely as needed to support daily operations Qualifications Prior experience with veterinary assistance or animal handling is highly preferred Knowledge of dog training techniques and dog handling skills Experience in pet grooming, pet sitting or kennel management is advantageous Familiarity with veterinary technician or veterinary assistant roles enhances your ability to support medical procedures Strong animal restraint skills to ensure safety during handling or examinations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Passion for animal care combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Monday Tuesday and Thursday Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication makes a real difference!
