Most dog walkers in Philadelphia work for apps. Our walkers work for a company. The Monster Minders has been walking dogs since 2005, and we're looking for dependable people who want meaningful weekday work, plenty of fresh air, and the opportunity to build real relationships with the dogs they care for. Every day, you'll travel between homes, take dogs out for one-on-one walks, send updates to clients, and help keep hundreds of Philadelphia dogs happy, exercised, and on schedule. It's active work, independent work, and work that matters to the families who trust us with their dogs. If you're reliable, professional, comfortable working outdoors year-round, and looking for something more stable than app-based gig work, we'd love to hear from you. Full Time Dog Walker

Why People Stay Our employees know what their schedules look like. There is no fighting for gigs, scrambling for last-minute work, or wondering whether your income will disappear because an app changed its algorithm. Most of our employees stay for years, not months. That's good for our clients, good for our dogs, and good for the people who work here. Just great dogs, great clients, and meaningful work. There is a better way to walk dogs. About The Monster Minders The Monster Minders has been walking dogs in Philadelphia since 2005. Over the last 20 years, we've completed nearly one million walks and built a reputation for exceptional care, reliability, and communication. We're a family-owned business that believes dog walking is a real profession. Our employees are valued team members, not gig workers bouncing between app-based jobs. Apply for this position
