Job Description

Fit4Life Health & Wellness is looking for a mature, professional trainer to join our growing team. We serve a strong community of women—many over 40—looking to get stronger, feel better, and move with confidence. This part-time role can be a combination or morning, afternoon or evening sessions and one Saturday morning a month. Schedule is open to discuss. We offer a fun, supportive, positive-energy environment where coaches are valued and clients are genuinely inspired. You'll be responsible for: Coaching a mix of 1:1 and small group personal training (max 4 clients per session) Leading with energy, presence, and professionalism Engaging clients and helping them feel successful Collaborating with a tight-knit team of experienced coaches

What We're Looking For:

Passion for helping others Experience in personal and small group training (bonus if with women 40+) Strong communication and coaching presence Reliable, professional, and team-minded
