Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and texturizing to meet client preferences and enhance their natural beauty Apply hair extensions and eyelash extensions with precision to achieve desired looks Use salon software such as Vagaro to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring compliance with health regulations Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to boost client satisfaction and salon revenue Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized styling solutions Assist with front desk duties when needed, including greeting clients and managing appointment flow Mentor newer team members on techniques such as barbering, color theory, and store management practices to foster a collaborative environment Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or barbering professional Strong knowledge of hair coloring techniques and hair care products Familiarity with salon software like Vagaro for appointment booking and client management Hands-on experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care is a plus Excellent communication skills for effective client consultation and retail upselling Understanding of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Ability to manage retail sales math accurately while promoting products that support healthy hair habits Join us in creating stunning transformations while enjoying a supportive environment that values your talent!
