We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, provides a great client experience, and wants an opportunity to build a strong clientele in a professional and welcoming environment. Compensation 60% commission on all services 100% of your tips Uncapped earning potential Estimated earnings: $35,000-$70,000+ per year , depending on clientele, bookings, and services performed Walk-in opportunities available What You'll Do Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, grooming, and other services within your expertise Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation Follow all required sanitation and safety standards Manage appointments and provide reliable, professional service Contribute to a positive and welcoming shop environment What We're Looking For Valid Colorado barbering or cosmetology license Strong haircutting, styling, or grooming skills Excellent communication and customer service Reliable, professional, and motivated Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary workspace Willingness to build and maintain a clientele Previous professional experience is preferred, but we're open to the right candidate Schedule Full-time opportunity Approximately 40 hours per week Flexible scheduling Whether your background is primarily in barbering, men's grooming, cosmetology, or hair styling , we'd like to hear from you.
