On our floor, you'll work next to a very talented, professional and supportive staff who are passionate about client service and growing their business. We have a front desk team staffed open to close to keep client flow organized so you, the stylist, can focus on the client in your chair. We service men, women and children in the amazing Parker community focusing on haircuts, color, shaves and waxing. Our shop is busy and safe, and we're looking for talented stylists and barbers who are passionate about hair and enjoy working in a fast paced, high energy environment. We offer an hourly guarantee or a 5 tier service commission schedule (42%-50%) that will be calculated weekly and pay whichever is greater. Retail commission is also a 5 tier schedule that pays per item sold. In addition to a long list of benefits, we also offer continuing education on a bi-monthly basis to keep skillsets sharp and offer an apprentice program to newly licensed professionals.
