• Active Colorado barber license required Responsibilities Perform precise barbering techniques including straight razor shaves and classic cuts while maintaining strict sanitation standards.

Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, provide expert recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Manage client appointments efficiently. Mentor and train junior stylists and team members on technical skills, customer service excellence, retail sales strategies, and sanitation protocols. Upsell retail products related to hair care, color theory, and beauty treatments to enhance client results. Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to all health and safety regulations while promoting a positive team environment.
