The position offers a guaranteed weekly income of $800 based on days worked, including bonus during the first six months of employment. Duties Perform professional haircuts, styling, and hair coloring services tailored to each client's preferences. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks and provide expert recommendations. Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience. Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative and modern styles. Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive referrals. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and a positive working environment.
