Duties Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes using salon management software such as

MINDBODY.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon, ensuring all tools, stations, and common areas are hygienic and organized. Support stylists by preparing styling stations, handling hair care products, and assisting with shampooing, sweeping and laundry application as needed. Upsell retail products and additional services by understanding client needs and promoting suitable hair care or styling options. Assist with store tasks including inventory checks, product restocking, and maintaining salon appearance. Previous experience working in the beauty industry or a strong interest in cosmetology, hair styling, or barbering. Familiarity with hair care techniques including coloring, hair extensions, and styling. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members. Ability to maintain high sanitation standards following health regulations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
