Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and talented Cosmetologist (Hair, Nail, Wax, etc.) to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic and beauty services, creating personalized experiences that leave clients feeling confident and radiant. Your expertise in hair, skin, nails, and advanced aesthetic treatments will help elevate our salon's reputation for excellence. This position is a booth rental that offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills, grow professionally, and make a positive impact on every guest who walks through our doors. Duties Provide comprehensive beauty services including hair styling, hair extensions, coloring, and chemical peels to meet each client's unique needs. Provide high quality nail care. Conduct skin care consultations and recommend suitable treatments like facials, chemical peels, and dermal fillers to enhance clients' natural beauty. Manage client communication effectively by understanding their goals, explaining treatment options clearly, and ensuring a comfortable experience. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations during procedures like body waxing, nail care, eyelash extensions, and tattooing. Support front desk operations by assisting with guest services, and personal appointment bookings. Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a background in cosmetology or esthetician work. Experienced Nail Technician Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients about their goals and treatment plans. Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring services and experience with hair styling techniques including straight razor shaves and hair extensions. Ability to perform nail care services such as manicures and pedicures. Excellent sanitation practices ensuring a safe environment for clients during all procedures. Experience working with medical spa treatments or med spa environments is a plus. Strong understanding of hospitality principles to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit.
