Manage store operations including front desk duties, retail inventory management, and retail math calculations for sales optimization. Foster a positive team atmosphere by supporting staff development through mentoring and constructive feedback. Skills Extensive experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in cosmetology, barbering, and advanced hair styling techniques. Strong knowledge of hair care products, color theory, and application techniques for various hair types. Familiarity with salon software such as

for appointment booking and client management. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members. Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Proven track record in retail sales, upselling products/services, and retail math calculations to meet sales goals. Skilled in hair coloring techniques including balayage, highlights, and creative color applications. Capable of mentoring junior stylists on technical skills like eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading.
