Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber Stylist Loc Specialist to join our dynamic team. Booth rental is 200.00 a week or you can do 1 haircut a day which is $40.00 until you get your clientele built up . Our facility is open 7 days a week, to 10 pm. You will receive a key and work your own hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair cutting and styling, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality grooming services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Duties Perform a variety of hair cutting and styling techniques, including traditional cuts, fades, and beard trims. Utilize straight razors for precise grooming and detailing. Provide additional services such as hair threading as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and handling retail sales. Utilize salon software, specifically MINDBODY, for appointment management and client records. Assist in store management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience with salon software systems, particularly MINDBODY, is preferred. Knowledge of retail sales strategies to promote products and services effectively. Proficiency in cosmetology practices relevant to barbering. Ability to perform advanced techniques such as eyelash extensions and hair threading is a plus. Experience in store management or leadership roles within a salon environment is advantageous.
