Job Description

Overview 2LT Barbershop is seeking an experienced Barber Manager/Barber/Stylist who wants to operate their own booth while helping maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming shop environment. The Barber Manager will remain an independent booth renter for barbering services. Any separate management responsibilities, compensation, authority, and expectations will be established in a written management agreement. Preferred candidates should have strong barbering experience, leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to help maintain professional shop standards.

Potential management responsibilities may include:

Helping maintain overall shop cleanliness and presentation Supporting opening and closing procedures Communicating shop-related issues to ownership/management Helping coordinate walk-in customer flow Monitoring general shop supplies and reporting restocking needs Promoting a professional and respectful shop environment Helping ensure booth renters follow applicable shop policies Supporting marketing and community engagement activities Assisting with prospective barber inquiries and shop tours Serving as an on-site point of contact when authorized by management Management responsibilities and any related compensation will be documented separately from the individual's booth-rental arrangement. Booth Rental Barbers:

Independent booth-rental arrangement. Barber retains revenue generated from their own services and pays agreed booth rent to 2LT Barbershop.

Barber Manager:

Independent booth-rental arrangement plus separately agreed management compensation, if applicable. This opportunity is not advertised as an hourly or salaried barber position. Interested?
