Conduct training sessions on sanitation protocols, hair coloring techniques including color theory, and the use of salon software tools Drive retail sales through upselling and retail math strategies while promoting hair care products, hair extensions, nail care items, and other retail offerings Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to sanitation, cosmetology licensing requirements, and service standards Foster a positive team environment through mentoring and performance feedback to support professional growth Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in hair styling, coloring (including color theory), barbering (straight razor techniques), hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care Strong knowledge of salon software systems like
