Co-Stylist / Licensed Cosmetologist looking for a confident, polished, and passionate licensed cosmetologist to join our team as a Co-Stylist. This is a true hands-on hairstylist growth position—not a cleaning or "tech" job. You will work beside an experienced stylist throughout the day, building your confidence, speed, technique, and real-world salon knowledge while helping create an exceptional guest experience. You should be amazing at shampooing, blowouts, finishing work, and making guests feel cared for. As your skills grow, you'll assist with color services, application, formulas, consultations, styling, and day-to-day service flow. You'll learn modern color formulas, current techniques, time management, elevated guest communication, and the business side of building a successful career behind the chair. What You'll Do Provide beautiful shampoos, blowouts, styling, and finishing work Assist with color applications, formulas, foiling, rinsing, treatments, and service setup Work side-by-side with a lead stylist throughout the day Learn current color techniques, salon systems, product knowledge, and guest-experience standards Help keep your station and work area professional, organized, and guest-ready Build speed, confidence, and the foundation to grow into a strong independent stylist What We're Looking For Current Tennessee cosmetology license Strong shampooing and blow-drying skills A polished, professional appearance and a true passion for the beauty industry Someone who is dependable, coachable, confident, kind, and eager to learn A team player who takes initiative and wants to grow—not just clock in A stylist mindset: you are expected to arrive prepared, look the part, and carry yourself like a hairstylist we believe in growing talent the right way: with real education, real experience, and mentorship from successful professionals.
