Provide expert makeup application and nail care treatments to enhance clients' appearance for various occasions. Conduct hair threading, eyelash extensions, and other specialized beauty procedures with precision and care. for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking. Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable hair care products and retail items to clients. Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth salon operations. Mentor junior staff members by sharing expertise in hair coloring techniques, color theory, and store management practices. Foster excellent communication with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored beauty solutions. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license with experience working in the beauty industry across diverse services such as hair styling, coloring, extensions, and nail care.
