Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth salon operations. Mentor junior staff members by sharing expertise in hair coloring techniques, color theory, and store management practices. Foster excellent communication with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored beauty solutions. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license with experience working in the beauty industry across diverse services such as hair styling, coloring, extensions, and nail care.
