Duties Perform full body waxing & sugaring services on men and women, as well as lash lifts, tints, and brow tints and laminations Educate and consult with clients on skin, brow, and lash services to recommend appropriate treatment and products to ensure an excellent client experience Sell clients on monthly memberships and products for routine personal care Collaborate with team members to create and maintain a great culture that makes clients feel comfortable and want to come back Maintain a sanitary work station and assist with sanitation throughout the salon Qualifications Valid esthetician license in Connecticut A classy, warm personality that exudes positive energy and an extremely strong work ethic. We love what we do and want to love the people with whom we work. Excellent communication and service skills that drive sales A background in waxing and skin care is highly encouraged. A sugaring background is not necessary, but it's a nice perk!
