Job Summary We are seeking a hard-working and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments focused on delivering results, helping clients look and feel their best. Your dedication to becoming the best esthetician you can be, combined with excellent customer service skills will ensure busy schedule with new and returning clients. On top of the base pay, estheticians have the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses, and always receive 100% of the tips they earn. Responsibilities Perform skincare services including basic facials, chemical peels, red light treatments, and more (no waxing services at this location). Conduct specialized consultations to determine what needs to happen to get your client to reach their goals and design a personalized treatment plan for each client. Follow all safety regulations, maintaining strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure client safety. Educate clients on at-home skincare routines, product recommendations, and esthetic treatments to deliver the results they are seeking. Successfully sell medical-grade retail products by understanding client needs and providing expert advice. Attend paid virtual and in-person training sessions with representatives from various skincare brands to expand your knowledge of products and services. Requirements Valid state license as a Licensed Esthetician. Skilled in advanced esthetic services such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, etc. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport with diverse clients. Hard-working and dedicated person who will put in the effort to keep clients coming back to them and successfully produce retail sales.
