| Licensed Esthetician Washington, DC | Full-time | In person Stonecrest Recruiting is seeking a licensed esthetician for our client, a plastic surgery and aesthetics clinic in Washington, DC. This opportunity is suited to a skincare professional who values attentive client care, safe treatment practices, and lasting client relationships. Compensation This is a commission-only position paying 25% commission on services performed. Estimated earnings are approximately $60-$80 per hour, depending on service revenue. The advertised hourly range represents estimated commission earnings, not a guaranteed hourly wage. There is no hourly base pay plus commission. No benefits are offered. Responsibilities Consult with clients about their skincare goals and concerns. Perform esthetic services within your license, training, and the clinic's protocols. Explain treatment expectations and appropriate pre- and post-service skincare. Maintain accurate client records and a clean, organized treatment space. Follow sanitation, infection prevention, and client safety procedures. Work professionally with the clinical team and provide attentive client service. Qualifications Current esthetician license valid for practice in Washington, DC. Strong skincare knowledge and hands-on esthetic treatment skills. Clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. Availability to work full-time, in person in Washington, DC. Comfort with a commission-only compensation arrangement.
