Villa Sainte Medical Spa is opening its doors to two established independent business owners looking for a beautiful, professional space to operate and grow their existing business.

Two opportunities are available:

1. Full-Time Private Suite A dedicated 10' × 12' private treatment suite exclusively for your business. This is your space within Villa Sainte, with the ability to establish a consistent, professional home for your clients. 2. Flexible Treatment Suite For an established or growing business that doesn't yet need a dedicated room full-time. This option provides scheduled access to a professional treatment suite and may be structured around recurring room rental or a revenue-based arrangement, depending on the business and services provided.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You should have an established business and take ownership of your clientele, scheduling and professional practice. Depending on the arrangement, you will maintain your own business entity, required professional licenses/certifications and insurance. This opportunity is particularly well suited for someone who has outgrown working from home, is tired of a traditional salon-suite environment, wants to establish a Jacksonville presence, or simply wants their business surrounded by complementary professionals and clientele.

THE VILLA SAINTE ENVIRONMENT

Villa Sainte is an independently owned, physician-led medical spa in Jacksonville. This isn't a hallway of anonymous rental suites. You'll be operating inside an established medical spa with a polished client environment, reception/waiting area, client restroom, Wi-Fi, parking and complementary businesses operating around you. We believe independent businesses can be stronger when they're surrounded by the right people—without giving up the identity, clientele or independence that made their businesses successful in the first place.
