As a licensed esthetician, you will have the freedom to showcase your expertise, build your client base, and deliver exceptional skincare experiences. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions to meet client needs. Conduct aesthetic treatments like laser therapy (if certified), product demos, and other advanced skin care procedures with precision and care. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring the treatment area is clean and organized at all times. Promote retail sales by recommending skincare products tailored to individual client needs while demonstrating product benefits effectively. Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications in esthetic laser treatment or other specialties. Experience Valid state licensure as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist with relevant certifications for advanced treatments such as laser therapy or chemical peels. Proven experience in skincare treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, chemical peels, and eyelash extensions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically. Demonstrated ability to promote retail sales through product demos and personalized recommendations. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment. Pay:
