Ikon Plastic Surgery | Chevy Chase, MD Ikon Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a PA, NP, or RN with a strong background in aesthetic medicine, excellent patient communication skills, and a passion for delivering natural, sophisticated results. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced injector to work alongside a plastic surgeon in a boutique, patient-focused environment. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, detail-oriented, and experienced in aesthetic injectables. The ideal candidate understands facial anatomy, prioritizes patient safety, and has an artistic eye for creating balanced and natural-looking results. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers safely and effectively Open to full range of medical aesthetic treatments beyond injectables Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after treatment Take before-and-after photographs and maintain treatment records Recommend appropriate skincare and aesthetic treatments when indicated Build strong, long-term relationships with patients Maintain a high standard of professionalism and patient confidentiality Collaborate with the plastic surgeon and clinical team and assist with other tasks as needed Qualifications PA, NP, or RN license in the state of Maryland Previous hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables required Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Professional, polished, and patient-focused Ability to provide a luxury-level patient experience Must be comfortable working independently while collaborating with a physician-led team Additional aesthetic certifications and advanced injectable training are a plus.
