We're looking for a talented and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team! What You'll Do As a Medical Aesthetician, you'll provide a wide range of skincare and beauty services while educating clients on the best treatments and products for their unique needs. You'll play a key role in building client relationships, driving retail sales, and delivering a five-star spa experience from start to finish. Services You'll Perform HydraFacial Glo2Facial Custom Facials Chemical Peels Microneedling Lash Lift & Tint Face & Body Waxing Brow Lamination, Tinting & Shaping Skin Analysis & Client Education Product Recommendations & Retail Sales Bonus Experience (Preferred, Not Required) Lash Extensions & Lash Fills BBL/Moxi Halo Laser Hair Removal (with current LHR license) Radiofrequency Microneedling What We're Looking For Active Texas Aesthetician License (required) Minimum 1+ year of experience in a med spa setting Strong understanding of skin types, skin conditions, and medical-grade skincare Confidence in selling, upselling, and closing retail/service sales A genuine passion for skincare, beauty, and client care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Why You'll Love Working Here Consistent Monday-Friday schedule — no nights or weekends!
