Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Licensed Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician to join our team. This position is designed for an advanced aesthetic professional who combines exceptional hands-on clinical expertise with a passion for patient education, staff development, and the advancement of aesthetic medicine. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in energy-based devices, advanced skin resurfacing, regenerative aesthetics, and customized treatment planning , with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into effective, result-driven services and patient care. This role requires a strong commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, continuing education, and delivering measurable, natural-looking results. Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Clinical Aesthetic Treatments

• Perform advanced medical aesthetic procedures focused on skin health, rejuvenation, resurfacing, tightening, and correction of skin concerns.
• Provide treatments utilizing advanced energy-based and aesthetic technologies, including: ○ Sciton laser platforms ○ Halo & Moxi Laser ○ ProFractional ○ Contour TRL ○ Broadband Light (BBL) ○ Moxi ○ Morpheus8 microneedling and radiofrequency ○ Sofwave ultrasound skin tightening ○ Advanced microneedling and regenerative aesthetic treatments ○ Scar therapy/Management
• Maintain a high standard of technical proficiency and treatment safety across all modalities.
• Monitor patient response and make appropriate treatment adjustments based on skin type, condition, goals, and clinical presentation. Patient Consultations & Customized Treatment Planning
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and clinical skin assessments.
• Evaluate concerns including skin laxity, pigmentation, texture, scarring, acne, photoaging, and overall skin health.
• Develop customized, multi-modality treatment plans based on individual patient needs and aesthetic goals.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, treatment timelines, contraindications, and appropriate home-care protocols.
• Establish realistic expectations while maintaining a patient-centered approach to care.
• Utilize imaging and skin-analysis technology when appropriate to document baseline conditions and treatment progress. Safety, Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Maintain strict adherence to clinical safety standards, infection-control procedures, laser safety protocols, and applicable state regulations.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and established clinical protocols for all devices and procedures.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of treatments, patient assessments, consent, and clinical outcomes.
• Support ongoing quality-assurance initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and clinical excellence.
• Maintain current licensure, certifications, continuing education, and required safety training. Patient Experience & Practice Growth
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up.
• Expected to develop a social media calendar to provide educational content and promotional posts for the practice as well as participate and collaborate with other creators.
• Build patient trust through clinical expertise, education, communication, and professionalism.
• Educate patients on long-term skin health and appropriate treatment plans
• Support patient retention through strong clinical relationships and consistent treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, aesthetic providers, coordinators, and management to support practice growth and service development. Qualifications & RequirementsLicensure & Certifications
• Active State Esthetician & Professional laser License.
• 3+ Years or more of experience w/platforms and procedures listed in job description
