is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Esthetician to join our growing spa team. This is a role for someone who has built a strong foundation in advanced skincare and is confident delivering elevated, results-driven treatments while creating a warm, personalized guest experience. We are looking for someone with 5-10 years of professional esthetics experience , strong clinical training, excellent technical skills, and a genuine passion for skincare. Our ideal candidate is equally comfortable performing advanced treatments, recommending a thoughtful home-care regimen, and building lasting relationships with guests. What You'll Do Advanced Skincare Treatments Perform customized, results-oriented facial treatments based on each guest's skin concerns and goals. Deliver advanced treatments including Hydrafacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other clinical skincare services . Perform microneedling or other advanced modalities, with appropriate training and certification. Stay current on skincare technology, treatment protocols, ingredients, and industry best practices. Maintain exceptional treatment-room standards, sanitation, and adherence to all applicable regulations and protocols. Hair Removal & Beauty Services Perform full-face and full-body waxing with confidence and attention to detail. Provide brow shaping and other brow services. Lash services are a strong plus. Comfortably recommend and perform appropriate add-on services and enhancements. Guest Experience Create a highly personalized experience from consultation through treatment and checkout. Conduct thorough skin consultations and confidently educate guests about their skin and treatment options. Build a loyal clientele through exceptional service, technical expertise, and genuine connection. Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records. Deliver an elevated experience consistent with the

brand. Retail & Skincare Sales Be highly confident and effective at recommending and selling professional skincare products . Translate treatment-room observations into thoughtful, personalized home-care recommendations. Educate guests on product ingredients, benefits, and proper use without making the experience feel transactional. Consistently contribute to spa retail sales and treatment enhancements. Become deeply knowledgeable about the professional and retail skincare brands carried by

Team & Brand Work collaboratively with the spa team and support a positive, professional culture. Participate in ongoing education and product training. Support spa promotions, events, memberships, and new treatment launches. Represent

with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. What We're Looking For 5-10 years of professional esthetics experience Current Vermont esthetician license in good standing Advanced training in professional skincare and clinical treatments Proven experience with Hydrafacial and chemical peels Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, ingredients, contraindications, and treatment protocols Experience with dermaplaning and other advanced facial modalities Microneedling experience strongly preferred Highly skilled in face and body waxing Brow and lash experience is a plus Strong consultation and communication skills Demonstrated ability to sell skincare and build retail revenue Professional, polished, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently while being a collaborative team member Passionate about skincare, wellness, education, and delivering exceptional guest experiences Willingness to continuously learn and develop advanced treatment expertise The Ideal Candidate You're not simply someone who performs facials.
