Duties Deliver comprehensive classroom lessons on skincare, esthetic treatments, facial techniques, makeup application, eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, laser treatments, peels and other aesthetic procedures. Develop detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards to ensure effective student learning outcomes. Supervise and mentor students during practical sessions to refine their technical skills in a safe and professional environment. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their techniques and build confidence in their abilities. Conduct student assessments through practical demonstrations and written evaluations to monitor progress. Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity, professionalism, and continuous learning. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques or products into the curriculum as appropriate. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Master Esthetician Instructor with experience in skincare and esthetic treatments. Proven expertise in facial treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, laser treatments, makeup application, and other aesthetic procedures. Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to skin health and aesthetic practices. Demonstrated ability to develop lesson plans that engage adult learners effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor students professionally and confidently. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a lively and motivating teaching style.
