Master Esthetician - Dermatology Clinic Renew Dermatology | Kennewick, WA Renew Dermatology is growing, and we are looking for a licensed Master Esthetician to join our team! We are seeking someone who is passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and patient care. Experience with aesthetic lasers is strongly preferred , and experience in a dermatology, medical spa, or aesthetic setting is a plus. What You'll Do Perform advanced facials and customized skincare treatments Perform chemical peels and other aesthetic treatments Provide laser treatments within your scope of practice and training Perform skin assessments and develop individualized treatment recommendations Educate patients on skincare, treatments, and medical-grade products Recommend and sell professional skincare products Provide excellent patient care and create a positive patient experience Maintain accurate treatment documentation and follow safety protocols Work closely with our dermatology providers and clinical team Help grow and expand our aesthetic services What We're Looking For Current Washington State Master Esthetician license Previous experience as an esthetician preferred Laser experience strongly preferred Experience with IPL, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, or other aesthetic laser treatments is a plus Experience in dermatology or a medical spa is preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, dependable, and motivated Comfortable working independently while being part of a medical team Passion for skincare and helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals Why Join Renew Dermatology?
