We've been in the beauty business for over four decades. We've raised families on it, weathered every cycle, and built a loyal community of stylists and clients along the way. Now we're building one brand under a single roof and vision: a full-service hair salon, a medical aesthetics practice, and a wellness and peptide concierge lounge. Our flagship is a free-standing salon inside one of the most beautiful historic buildings just off the Old Towne Orange Plaza. The salon is already running. The medspa and wellness lounge are the next chapters, and you'd help open them. Not every location will look like the flagship, but it's the template, and it's yours to build from. We're not hiring a finished executive. We're hiring the person who wants to become one, and we'll develop you into it. Our last manager in a role like this grew into running four medspa locations. That's the path. The role You'll start by running the flagship's daily operations: the team, the floor, the books, the client experience. As the medical aesthetics and peptide wellness services launch, you'll help build them from the ground up: provider scheduling, compliance, intake, retail, and the concierge-level service the lounge is built around. Prove it and the role grows into General Manager across every location. You'll report directly to the owners. No layers, no corporate playbook, real decisions. Day to day you'll: Lead and grow the team: stylists, front desk, providers Own revenue: bookings, retail, retention, promotions, local marketing Keep us tight: scheduling, licensing, cash controls, vendor and lease admin Build repeatable systems (GoHighLevel, QuickBooks Online, our booking platform) so what works at the flagship works everywhere Turn our second location back into a place people fight to work at Who you are We don't care whether you come from salons, medspas, restaurants, hotels, retail, or somewhere we haven't thought of. We care that you've led people, made things run better, and can show us how. 2+ years leading a team in a salon, spa, retail, hospitality, or healthcare setting You show up in person, you know the team by name, and you fix problems before anyone asks Comfortable with numbers, software, and hard conversations Curious about aesthetics, longevity, and wellness. You don't need to be a clinician, but you should want to learn the language and be excited to share it
