We are seeking a capable, sales-driven Assistant Manager who can deliver exceptional hospitality, lead a team with confidence, and help grow our business. This is a hands-on leadership role with an active presence at the front desk and throughout the spa. You will build guest relationships, coach employees, support daily operations, and take initiative to improve performance. Lead and Develop the Team Set a strong example through professionalism, reliability, hospitality, and follow-through. Give clear direction, coach employees, and follow up to ensure responsibilities are completed. Address performance concerns and policy violations promptly and respectfully within your authority; escalate issues when additional support is needed. Help train team members and build their confidence in guest service, sales, and daily procedures. Foster teamwork while holding yourself and others accountable to consistent standards. Communicate concerns directly to leadership with specific facts, recommended solutions, and timely follow-up. Drive Sales and Business Growth Confidently recommend services, products, and the Glosshouz BFF Savings Program based on each guest's needs. Lead by example in membership sales, lead follow-up, appointment booking, rebooking, and cross-selling. Coach the team toward established sales, guest retention, and provider productivity goals. Review performance results, identify opportunities, and help implement practical improvements. Take ownership of assigned growth initiatives and track their results. Deliver Exceptional Hospitality Welcome guests warmly and create a polished, attentive experience from arrival through checkout. Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits and referrals. Handle guest concerns calmly, exercise sound judgment, and follow through on resolutions. Maintain strong knowledge of our services, providers, products, and promotions. Support Excellent Daily Operations Assist with team schedules, inventory, marketing execution, and daily opening and closing procedures. Maintain accurate records and ensure required tasks are completed correctly and on time. Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and luxury presentation of the spa. Follow and consistently uphold company policies, protect confidential information and company assets, and promptly report discrepancies. What You Bring Demonstrated success in sales and experience supervising, coaching, or leading a team. A warm, engaging personality and confidence initiating conversations. The ability to give constructive feedback and handle difficult conversations respectfully. Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort learning business systems and reviewing performance metrics.
