Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations via phone and in-person. Handle transactions and maintain accurate handling procedures. Provide information about salon services, products, and promotions to clients. Upsell salon services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales. Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring that all stock is replenished as needed. Communicate effectively with stylists regarding client needs and preferences. Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and stock levels. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and responding to inquiries. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales environment is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members. Familiarity with register procedures and basic retail math concepts is required. Ability to upsell services and products confidently while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing appointments and inventory.
