Convert Meet & Greets into enrollments while upselling spa treatments and additional services. Customer Engagement & Retention Foster a welcoming Dogtopia community
Create fun in-store events, social media engagement, and Dogtopia Foundation fundraising initiatives. Drive repeat visits & increase customer lifetime value
Build strong parent relationships and enhance their experience with additional services. Train the front desk team
Ensure staff is fully equipped with best practices for sales and customer service. Follow up & build loyalty
