• Build partnerships, implement guerrilla marketing, and maximize digital ad performance on search engines and social media. Act as a business promoter
• Network, attend events, and generate buzz for Dogtopia. Engage & convert leads
• Respond quickly to inquiries and turn them into scheduled Meet & Greets. Showcase the experience
• Conduct tours and Meet & Greets, emphasizing the benefits of regular daycare. Close the deal
• Convert Meet & Greets into enrollments while upselling spa treatments and additional services. Customer Engagement & Retention Foster a welcoming Dogtopia community
• Create fun in-store events, social media engagement, and Dogtopia Foundation fundraising initiatives. Drive repeat visits & increase customer lifetime value
• Build strong parent relationships and enhance their experience with additional services. Train the front desk team
• Ensure staff is fully equipped with best practices for sales and customer service. Follow up & build loyalty
• Communicate consistently with pet parents, ensuring satisfaction and reinforcing the value of Dogtopia enrollments. Sales & Performance Goals Hit sales targets
• Track conversions from leads to Meet & Greets to enrollments. Elevate customer satisfaction ratings
• Work closely with daycare management to exceed expectations . Enhance parent appreciation
• Ensure parents feel valued, increasing retention and referrals.

Proven sales & customer service experience

• You're a natural at relationship-building and closing deals. Energetic, goal-driven mindset
• You love exceeding targets and finding creative ways to win business. Strong communication & follow-up skills
• You ensure every lead and customer gets white-glove service . Ability to work flexible hours
• Some evenings and weekends required to build awareness and engage within the local community. Organized & adaptable
