I'm currently working on a Textile Designer / Production Artist opportunity with an established and highly respected company in the textile and hospitality design industry. This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of experience who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of design and is looking to grow within a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Be DoingCreate custom textile designs and production-ready artwork for hospitality and commercial interior projects.
Adapt and develop designs using existing patterns, materials, and assets from an extensive design library.
Execute creative concepts while ensuring alignment with client specifications, brand standards, and project requirements.
Prepare production files and maintain accuracy throughout the design process.
Review printed samples and physical materials to evaluate color, pattern, scale, and overall design quality.
Collaborate with designers, production teams, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are executed successfully.
Follow established workflows, approval processes, and production procedures.
Balance creative thinking with production feasibility, quality standards, and project timelines.
