Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Collect and update patient information in the computer system
• Room patients and get weight & temps
• Provide basic information to clients about pet care and veterinary services
• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Knowledge of basic pet care and veterinary terminology
• Proficiency in computer systems and software ____________________________________________________________________________ Minimum 1yr in hospital Veterinary Technician experience is required to apply.

NO walk ins or phone calls. Apply online only! Full day shifts consists of 10 hour shifts (4 days/ week) or 8 hour shifts (5 days/week). Clinic hours fall between 8am and 8pm Monday-Saturday(we are closed on Sundays). Please disclose any scheduling conflicts you may have when applying.
