Job Description
We are seeking an experienced (1yr minimum) Veterinary Technician/Receptionst that is passionate about providing high-quality veterinary care to the dogs and cats in our community. We are a privately owned GP Veterinary, community based small animal clinic seeking loyal and dedicated individuals. Experience with NEO software is a plus. NO walk ins or phone calls. Apply online only! Must be motivated to learn, responsible, reliable and able to work Saturdays. Must be polite and caring with a genuine interest in helping animals and their people. Duties include : Venipuncture & Catheter Placement(must have experience in both) Animal Restraint Providing outstanding customer service Greeting clients and pets Answering phones Cleaning and stocking Filling prescriptions Scheduling appointments Invoicing and collecting payment We are seeking an experienced (1yr minimum veterinary experience) Veterinary Receptionist that is passionate about providing high-quality veterinary care to the dogs and cats in our community. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Collect and update patient information in the computer system
- Room patients and get weight & temps
- Provide basic information to clients about pet care and veterinary services
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Knowledge of basic pet care and veterinary terminology
- Proficiency in computer systems and software ____________________________________________________________________________ Minimum 1yr in hospital Veterinary Technician experience is required to apply.

$18.00- $21.
