Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist Are you passionate about animals and love helping people? We're looking for a friendly, compassionate, and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. What You'll Do Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client questions Check clients in and out and process payments Maintain accurate patient and client records Communicate with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members Assist with prescription requests, referrals, and client follow-up Help keep the reception area organized and welcoming Provide exceptional customer service to pets and their people What We're Looking For Previous veterinary or medical reception experience is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable working with both people and animals A positive, team-oriented attitude Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn Full-time position with competitive pay and a supportive team environment.
