Experience:

Job Description Are you looking to launch your career in criminal justice, social work, or law enforcement? Join our Intervention Inc. team as a Community Corrections Specialist. In this entry-level role, you will work directly within our residential transitional facility to help justice-involved adults successfully reenter the community. This position offers a clear career pathway into probation, parole, case management, and public safety. We provide full paid training to ensure your success. What You Will Do (Day-to-Day Duties)
Monitor Facility Safety:
Conduct routine rounds, headcounts, and building security checks.
Track Resident Compliance:
Log resident movements, sign-ins, sign-outs, and curfew adherence.
Enforce Accountability:
Administer routine urine drug screenings (UDS) and breathalyzer tests.
Maintain Records:
Complete accurate logbook documentation and shift incident reports.
Support Reentry:
Assist residents with facility guidelines, chore supervision, and resource access. What We Look For (Requirements & Skills)
Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Skills:
Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.
Mindset:
Ability to maintain firm, professional boundaries with residents.
