Jobs › North Reading, MA › Attorney/Lawyer Robert Half Attorney/Lawyer North Reading, MA Apply Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to provide legal support for real estate and wireless infrastructure matters in North Reading, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position will focus on structuring, reviewing, and advancing agreements tied to site acquisition, development, leasing, and related property interests. The role works closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to help move projects forward while maintaining compliance with applicable land use and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, examine, and negotiate a wide range of real estate and site-related agreements, including lease documents, easements, licenses, purchase contracts, access arrangements, and amendments.
Evaluate title materials, surveys, and supporting diligence documents to identify legal or development issues affecting proposed sites and projects.
Provide legal support for acquiring and developing locations tied to tower, rooftop, and wireless infrastructure initiatives.
Advise on zoning, permitting, land use, and governmental approval processes in coordination with municipalities and regulatory bodies.
Partner with internal stakeholders such as development personnel, engineers, acquisition teams, and external advisors to advance project timelines.
Interpret local, state, and federal rules that influence wireless infrastructure deployment and recommend legally sound paths forward.
Assist with submissions and proceedings involving special permits, zoning boards, and planning authorities.
Oversee outside counsel and specialized consultants when additional subject matter support is required.
Contribute legal guidance to nationwide acquisition, leasing, development, and asset management activities.
Support ongoing project-related legal documentation updates, revisions, and negotiated modifications as business needs evolve. Requirements
Licensed Attorney with the ability to practice law in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, particularly within real estate or site acquisition matters.
Knowledge of zoning, planning, land use, and permitting processes.
Ability to prepare legal analyses, summaries, and briefing materials for stakeholders and project teams.
Familiarity with title review, survey review, and due diligence for property transactions or development projects.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams, agencies, and external counsel.
Understanding of regulatory considerations affecting infrastructure, development, or telecommunications-related projects.
