DESCRIPTION
Join Amazon's Legal Department as Corporate Counsel supporting our Worldwide Operations and Robotics teams. In this role, you will collaborate with technology teams to provide legal guidance on innovative systems and robotics solutions. The position focuses on supporting product development, commercial agreements, software licensing, and intellectual property matters while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and law, helping shape the future of automation and operations. Key job responsibilities Partner with engineering and technology teams to provide legal guidance on product development, system implementation, and robotics initiatives Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including technology, supply chain, licensing, and deployment contracts Assess and advise on legal, reputational, and compliance risks related to technical architecture and program design Provide strategic counsel on intellectual property matters and software licensing Develop and implement practical solutions to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance About the team Amazon's Legal Department is a global team of professionals who serve as strategic partners to the business, helping to navigate complex legal challenges at unprecedented scale. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
